Nestled behind a historic brownstone in Park Slope. The garden design reestablished a raised planter and incorporated seat wall, to support outdoor entertainment, as well as easy access to maintenance of the planter bed. The slat fence design allowed for air circulation as well as privacy screening form the neighbors.

With an elevated yard from the entrance, adaptation with the existing drainage system was crucial. Supported with pervious pavers and a deep gravel bed to allow storm run off to percolate back into the ground. Materials included two colors of granite to denote the programming, along with a corten steel planter edge.
